1. How do I obtain a quote?
- You can email, call, fax or submit an inquiry form via our website. All prices quoted are in AUD.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in market price. This may cause a small discrepancy in the price quoted and the amount you are invoiced.
- Free shipping for orders over $150.00. ($25 shipping fee applies if less than $150)
- Free shipping is only valid for non-heavy and non-hazardous items only.
2. When will I receive my order?
Orders are sent out weekly. Your order must be received by us (via email, telephone or fax) by 4pm Thursday, to be received the following week. Generally, you will receive your order by the following Thursday, but due to unforeseeable circumstances, it may take longer. Barok takes no accountability for late shipments.
Special orders may take longer.
3. Do I have to pay importation clearance, duties or GST on goods?
Barok will invoice you directly for your order, in Australian Dollars, which is subject to 10% GST. You will not have to deal with importation clearance, duties or any further GST.
4. What is your return policy?
If the product is not as described or is faulty, contact us to organise a replacement or refund (you will be issued with a credit note). We do not refund for change of mind. Please notify us within 7 days.
5. Do you supply hazardous materials?
Products, such as acetone solvent and Grobert lacquer and lacquer stripper, will incurr an significant additional shipping charge. Therefore, if you do wish to order these products, you will be responsible for these charges.
